branch locations and is one of the largest equipment and parts distributors in

We are currently seeking an experienced System Sales Engineer to join our team to develop relationships and grow sales.   Our Sales Engineers are compensated with base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential.  This position, reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Manager in our St. Louis branch will:

 

  • Generate commercial sales of packaged rooftop units within an assigned territory to mechanical contractors, engineers and HVAC dealers

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and established accounts to maximize opportunities

  • Develop thorough knowledge of Carrier light commercial products

  • Visit job sites as needed for pre-sale assessment of existing equipment

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 3 years of HVAC experience including, but not limited to inside or outside sales, project management, equipment installation or design

  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

  • Prefer 3 years of HVAC Sales experience working directly with contractors, engineers, or HVAC dealers and BS degree in Engineering or Business
