Position Title:  Service Technician

Location:  Position reports to branch office in Decatur, AL with extensive travel primarily in SE US, relocation not required.
Seeking qualified candidates in the following cities:  Decatur, AL; Birmingham, AL; Montgomery, AL; Louisville, KY, Lexington, KY, Jackson, MS, Meridian, MS, Cincinnati, OH, Memphis, TN; Nashville, TN, Little Rock, AR; Monroe, LA, Schreveport, LA 

Position Description:  Electronics Service Technician to work full-time for company that designs, installs and services PLC and microprocessor based controls, CCTV (analog & IP), Fire Alarm, audio and paging systems, Ethernet networks, and computer systems in detention facilities.  Duties include but are not limited to Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and testing systems. Position requires weekly travel to job sites.

Company vehicle provided and expenses paid.  Long term employment in a solid company with great benefits.  Drug test and background check required. Willingness to TRAVEL is required.

Successful candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting ability, have satisfactory driving record, be mechanically inclined and willing to learn. Full compliance with company's and customer's safety program is required. 

Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift 70 pounds overhead, work from ladders of various types or other construction equipment including boom lift, scissor lift, etc. Position will require work on active construction jobsites.
