Marketing Manager - Based in Louisville, KY

Reports to:  Vice President, Sales
Full Time, Salaried, Full Benefit Package


Proven campaign manager and strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for demand marketing. We are looking for an innovative thinker with experience in developing integrated campaigns that attract new customers, cross-sell to existing customers, and progresses pipeline to deliver outstanding results. This role will specialize in developing integrated marketing campaigns and programs across all relevant channels (events, digital, social, paid media) and is someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and jump right in.


The Marketing Manager is responsible for co-creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy and activities that support our business objectives. Pipeline creation, along with generating new leads, is at the center of what we do. The candidate will apply analytics and insights to better profile and target prospects driving continual optimization to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates all along the funnel. The candidate will work with sales and operations teams to develop an integrated strategy that engages the target audience and ensure the marketing objectives are strategically aligned
across the buyers’ journey.


Responsibilities:

1. Work with the management team to translate business goals and objectives into actionable campaign strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue.
2. Set priorities in implementation and development of campaigns that support the business and program strategy/objectives.
3. Work with internal and external customers to ensure quality marketing materials are produced including web content and maintenance, marketing campaign assets, emails, ads, graphics, webinars, videos, etc.
4. Work closely with the entire SWC team taking a leadership role to ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback and optimization.
5. Manage internal and external partners as the primary lead in the development and delivery of campaign plans, assets, tactics and event execution.
6. Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative campaigns that attract new buyers through both digital and face to face channels.
7. Work to analyze and identify root cause and action plans to address program performance issues and drive continual improvement.
8. Track, measure and report on campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across regions to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
9. Manage the overall creation and execution of campaigns on budget, on time and on target.
10. Write creative, compelling, error-free copy with emphasis on brand, value proposition, problem-solution dynamics, education, and call to action for all marketing materials; including web, direct mail, email, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, reports, proposals, scripts, press releases, social media, product manual, presentations, correspondence, etc.
11. Ability to write about a variety of topics such as our products and services, adjacent technologies, compliance and other business and sales topics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. 3+ years in campaign management and technology marketing.
2. Experience in marketing and salesforce automation tools such as Salesforce.
3. Experience in creating and executing strategies to drive demand through digital channels as well as events, sales plays and list building.
4. Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing campaigns as well as advise team on best strategies to drive demand.
5. A natural digital storyteller who understands what it takes to engage clients through multiple channels.
6. Expertise in planning, executing and measuring media campaigns.
7. Detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive attitude.
8. Demonstrated expertise in database marketing and segmentation for email marketing and a deep understanding of database health.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field, and/or equivalent portfolio.
2. Fluent in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
3. Knowledge of marketing/advertising theory, strategies, principles.
4. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work independently, quickly, and accurately, with great attention to detail.
