Job Description

Principal Objective for this Position

As a Sales Account Executive, primary responsibilities would include working to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate would maintain excellent communication, negotiation skills, and be customer service oriented. This position is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing outside sales in strategic regions. 

Key Responsibilities

Monitor forecast and potential growth of accounts
Develop and maintain strong rapport with key contacts at accounts
Manage credit risk and A/R payments
Gather market data regarding our competitors and their activities
Set-up new customers/alloys/orders with Audubon paperwork
Monitoring Forecasts to evaluate open capacities for market opportunities
Support customer concerns in person when necessary
Supporting the Sales Vision of Audubon Metals LLC
Create new business targeting volumes/margin for Year Plan targets

Qualifications

A positive, can-do attitude, with a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and motivation

Be capable of developing strong business partnerships

Strive to achieve and surpass personal and Company goals and expectations

Focus on Customer Service first approach

Be at one with the values of the business

Fluent in Microsoft Office

Great Plains order entry capable

Education

Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred.
