Inventory Control Clerk

Our Evansville IN location has immediate openings for an Inventory Control Clerk.  Additionally, we are seeking full time  Machinists - 2nd Shift, Cylinder Technicians, and Wet Brake Technicians.

The purpose of this position is to do a variety of functions within the Inventory Control department.  Items such as  pull/fill work orders from inventory, shipping and receiving, stock parts, box and ship  parts and delivering parts to other departments throughout the building.    

* Pull and ship work orders.
* Designate holdings shelf or orders that are not complete.
* Placing OEM labels on parts, if necessary.
* Receive stock, according to packing list, that arrives by UPS, truck line, city delivery, etc.
* Report any nonconformance to the proper purchasing agent.
* Match up paperwork for all work orders that are complete.
* Run put a way documents for material handlers.
* Make sure that all parts are placed in a proper bin location.
* Pull parts for sales orders, when necessary, as deliveries from one manufacturer are being placed in proper bin locations.
* Unload truck shipments.
* Prepare truck shipments.
* Prepare outside salesmen shipments.
* Pull orders that arrive by UPS, FedEx, etc.
* Complete all work orders.
* Match up all paperwork from completed work orders.

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.  3+ years experience in similar position.  Above average computer skills.  Detail oriented a plus.

Additional Information

Brake Supply requires that you wear metatarsal steel toed safety shoes, safety eye protection as required for this job. You are responsible for acquiring steel toed safety shoes that meet ANSI standards. Brake supply will supply you safety eye protection appropriate for the position and meet ANSI standards. If you wear prescription glasses, and do not wish to wear over the glass, glasses, it is your responsibility to acquire safety frames and lenses that meet ANSI standards.
