Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors.  Today, Koch Air, has eight branch locations, 30 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest. 

Koch Air has a new position available in our Evansville branch - Residential Inside Sales Representative. This position provides support to the Territory Managers with order entry, quote generation and communicating product information to customers. Some of the responsibilities include:

  1. Enter and maintain customer orders in the system – sourced from phone, email orders and

    walk-in customers

  2. Maintain current, complete, organized job files; monitor orders to ensure proper signatures, special information, and all required paperwork is supplied, notify sales team of any discrepancies 

  3. Communicate Residential Dealer programs and promotions to customers

  4. Provide backup at the Parts counter as needed

  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers

 

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  1. High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in HVAV or related industry in outside/inside sales, field or technical role

  2. Strong organization and communication skills

  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office products
