Job Description


Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors.  Today, Koch Air, has eight branch locations, 30 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest. 

We are currently looking for an HR Manager to lead our human resources activities related to talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefit program administration, and policies and program implementation that generate high team member productivity and engagement and help achieve our strategicgoals.  Additionally, this position will lead our safety programs across the company. This position is a direct report to the company president and will directly manage one HR Generalist. 


Ideal candidates will have the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration

  • 5+ years of HR experience; including 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong leadership competencies

  • Experience with labor relations

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, including HRIS systems

  • Working knowledge of safety programs and safe working practices

  • Ability to travel within the Midwest
